DCR has recently updated its website to include NEW SECTIONS dedicated to providing information regarding the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Application Process, which can be found here. 

These new sections include a wealth of helpful information including, but not limited to:

• Guidance on how to demonstrate compliance with the Social Equity Program’s Equity Share Requirements 

DCR has developed and released these resources to assist prospective applicants prepare for the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Application. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Application Checklist and prepare all required Application Documents and Forms in advance of the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 application submission window, which will begin on September 3, 2019. 

The Department of Cannabis Regulation is currently receiving  a high-volume of calls, emails, and visitors to our public counter; as such, DCR asks that prospective applicants review this information in its entirety BEFORE reaching out to the Department to answer specific questions regarding the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Application Process.
