Report a Complaint

DCR has improved the interface of the City’s Cannabis Complaint Portal. Submit your report here for any:
• Complaints about unlicensed or illegal commercial cannabis activity
• Complaints about licensed commercial cannabis activity that you are concerned may be occurring in an unlawful or unsafe manner
• Non-emergency communications with the Los Angeles Police Department about cannabis or cannabis-related activities. If you are reporting an emergency, please help us call 9-1-1.
