The Department of Cannabis Regulation’s (DCR) Technical Assistance Webinar #4 is on October 12, 2022, from 6:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. PT. via Zoom.  Under Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) section 104.06.1(c), DCR must make technical assistance available for a period of at least 45 days before opening the Phase 3 Retail Round 2 (P3RR2) lottery registration period. Please join the webinar to learn more as you await the results of your Social Equity Individual Application (SEIA) eligibility verification request. This fourth Technical Assistance Webinar reviews the content of Webinars #1-3 and includes an open Q & A session regarding the P3RR2 lottery registration process.

• Webinar #1 - provides an overview of the P3RR2 lottery registration process and the relevant timing considerations for SEIAs if they are selected in the P3RR2 lottery. 
• Webinar #2 - focuses on how to proactively prepare for the lottery and/or the application process if selected as a verified SEIA, including an overview of the Business Tax Registration Certificate (BTRC) application process and Legal Entity Record process. 
• Webinar #3 -  provides step-by-step instructions on how to register for the P3RR2 lottery.
