Please be aware that if you have allowed or plan to allow another person, such as an attorney or paid representative, to create/register your User Profile in the DCR’s online portal (also known as "Accela"), you may not be able to log into and have access to your own account. If an account has been created with your name and Social Security Number, and you don’t have access, please visit our department so that DCR staff can update your account and grant/restore your access. You will need to provide DCR staff a government ID and Social Security Card in order to verify ownership of the account. We highly recommend that you verify your account accessibility before July 29, 2019, to make sure that your documents and contact information in our system is correct. It is your responsibility to, (1) submit the eligibility verification application, and (2) have access to the user account associated with your application, so that you can participate in the Social Equity Program Retail Priority Processing, beginning on September 3, 2019.
