All previously scheduled payment appointments at the Office of Finance (Finance) for Tuesday, January 19, 2021, and Wednesday, January 20, 2021, have been cancelled. Finance will reschedule these appointments and anticipates returning to its modified COVID-19 level operations after Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Because Finance is experiencing reduced capacity and office closures due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, DCR is changing its invoice policy to ensure that Applicants have sufficient time to pay. This policy will be in place only while Finance is experiencing capacity issues due to the pandemic or budget-related capacity reductions: Effective January 4, 2021, DCR is issuing invoices to persons only after a payment appointment has been scheduled and confirmed with Finance. Thus, Applicants and Licensees now must schedule a payment appointment with Finance in advance of receiving an invoice. After DCR has been informed of the appointment, DCR will issue an invoice.
