The map below contains information regarding the potential Storefront Retail undue concentration levels in each of the City’s Community Plan Areas. If you click on a Community Plan Area, the map will display the following information:

Retail Licenses Authorized: refers to the number of Phase 1 Applicants with Temporary Approval for Storefront Retail Activity located in the Community Plan Area.

Retail License Capacity: refers to DCR’s estimate of the total number of Storefront Retail Licenses the City can issue in the Community Plan Area before undue concentration is reached.

Retail Licenses Available: refers to the number of Storefront Retail Licenses available assuming all Phase 1 Applicants with Temporary Approval located in the Community Area Plan ultimately obtain a Storefront Retail License.

You can view the location of Phase 1 Applicants with Temporary Approval by turning on the Authorized Locations layer.

You can view the location of Phase 1 Applicants whose applications are still Pending by turning on the Pending layer. Pending means that (i) DCR has not yet issued a determination on the applicant’s eligibility for Temporary Approval, (ii) DCR has denied the application but the applicant still has an opportunity to appeal or (iii) the applicant currently has a pending appeal of DCR’s denial determination.
