Pirate Town Cannabis Company LLC, is the first legal medical/recreational dispensary located in the heart of San Pedro, CA. Pirate Town is part of the Social Equity program and is Latina owned. Our goal is to provide the people of San Pedro and surrounding areas a welcoming environment where they can find their medical/recreational wellness needs. San Pedro has accepted and embraced Pirate Town Cannabis Company as their first legal dispensary.

Balboa Bud, located in Granada Hills is a Latino Family owned and operated Dispensary. Social Equity applicant Jesus Escandon has been living in South Central for over 30 years and Gus Valdivia, who manages the store, was born and lives in Northridge. Balboa Bud opened in Mid October 2023 and has struggled to break even; we don’t have the capital to advertise like the big corporations in addition are very hard to compete against the illicit market. Our Goal is to stay competitive with low prices while maintaining the high quality and strains that our patients deserve, we strongly believe that we are on the right path to make this social equity Dispensary a success.

Established in 2019 by Alfred "Dj QwessCoast" Torregano, Space Flyt, a division of Tree Haus Company, is a Black-owned and operated social equity cannabis retail store located in the historic West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles.
